Any information collected is disclosed to no third party under any circumstances. Following completion of the title formalities and the delivery of the title documentation to you, we do not contact you again unless specifically asked so to do. 

Seated Titles:

As a Seated Titles entails the sale/purchase of land, we give the relative information to the Stamp Duty authorities and, of course, Her Majesty’s Land Registry. Information is given to no other outside party. 

Following completion of the title formalities and the delivery of the title and Land Registry documentation to you, we do not contact you again unless specifically asked so to do.
